Terms and Conditions

The majority of my Precious Friends Pet Memorial Frames will be ready made and will be sold either via my website or in person. Anyone requesting a frame from me other than what is available, or can be seen but is not available for sale, can request a similar version. But I cannot guarantee an exact copy as each is handmade and unique. Where elements cannot be matched I will offer and show you an alternative for your approval. If an order cannot be fulfilled due to elements not being available I will contact you as soon as possible with an alternative or a refund of money paid if a purchase has been made.

Special Requests and Personalisation Requests

If you see a frame design that is either no longer available or you would like it in another colour or just tweaked a bit to suit your preference, it should be no problem without additional costs being added. Specially requested elements may require additional costs but I will keep them to a minimal and will only go ahead with your permission first.

Frames

The sizes quoted above are my regularly stocked sizes. Requesting an alternate size your order would be a non standard size and would have to be ordered in specially.

Requesting an alternative size of frame may be possible but may add additional costs but please feel free to ask. An alternative size would not be a stocked item and would have to be ordered in specially so extra time would also be required to complete your order. Should you decide on an alternate size frame details will be forwarded to you for your approval before you choose to place your order. You will still have the choice to cancel and return your purchase for a refund providing you comply with the terms and conditions found on my Returns Policy in the main menu of my website.

Please Note: There may be certain orders that are personally requested that cannot be returned for a refund. This decision will be at my discretion. If I receive such a request that I do not feel is returnable I will discuss with you the reasons why and will request you forfeit your right to return your order for a refund. My request for permission on a non returnable and refundable purchase will not conflict with your standard legal rights by law to return a purchase.

Pouches

If you request an alternate size pouch additional costs may need to be applied. I will need to ask for your permission to go ahead with your order first. You will have the right to return your pouch for a refund providing you comply with the terms and conditions applied. Please see Returns Policy under Pouches on the main menu of my web site.
