Each Precious Friends Memorial Pet Frame is thoughtfully designed and handmade in Britain.

Precious Friends Memorial Pet Frames are made from Obeche wood and have been finished with a wax coating to give the frame a natural sheen. The frame is fitted with acrylic safety glazing (and is as clear as glass). The inner spacer between the glazing and the artwork is made from oak and has a natural wax finish.

The front of the frame will contain handmade and composed 3D mixed media artwork. The compartment in the rear of the frame will be lined with a mixed cotton fabric and will hold a handmade pouch for you to place your precious pets cremated ashes or other memorable items should you wish to.

Photographs

If you decide on a frame with an aperture for you to place your pets photograph, you can email me a copy of the photograph you would like me to fit into the frame.

If you prefer to send me a photograph (not recommended) please send me a second copy of your photograph if possible to be safe, so not to put at risk your one and only photograph of your precious pet) Please contact me first before you send your photograph. I cannot guarantee the safe arrival or condition of your picture.

An area is always left for me to personalize your frame with your pet’s name and/ or a sentiment.

Each frame will also contain a little courtesy note in the rear of the frame for you to fill in with your pet’s details.

Frame Sizes

Pouches

The inside of the rear of the frame is lined with cream cotton mix fabric and each pouch is hand made from a cotton mix fabric, cotton broderie anglaise and has added complimentary embellishments attached.

Clutch Pouch and the Draw String Pouch

The Clutch Pouch will come as a standard size but can be made larger by request. The Draw String Pouch will come in sizes Small, Medium and Large. Again additional sizes can be made by request.

Please can you inform me about the breed of your pet and/or the weight of your pet so that I can make a decision on which type of pouch would be most suitable?

A sealed bag will be provided with you frame so if you are not sure about the size and weight of your pet I can send one ahead so you can judge for yourself or/and inform me so a better decision on which pouch will be best.

Please do not worry if the wrong choice is made as the pouch can be replaced with an alternate size or style.

But please do not put loose ashes into a pouch as I cannot replace it without additional cost to you.

When you receive your frame you will find a little envelope with a note inside for you to fill in if you wish with your pet’s name. This is a little courtesy note for future reference to let other know what is in the pouch before it is opened, should the need arise for someone else to open the frame and pouch.

Your Precious Friends Memorial Frame will also be wrapped in complimentary packaging. This will help you to keep your frame safe if you are not quite ready to use your frame, or for you to give as a special gift to someone.
