Precious Friends and Me
Precious Friends came about after I lost my two dogs, Ben and Sam, my best friends for 14 years.
I chose to have them cremated for several reasons but I still wanted them to be close, at least for a while
I thought. Years later, I still do. Feeling uncomfortable placing their ashes in the more traditional urn or casket. I searched for a long time but could not find a home for their ashes I felt comfortable with.
Over time I designed a home for their ashes which I do feel comfortable with. I hope you will too. My idea for the deep box frame allowed me to have a pleasant reminder of my dogs on the front of the frame while their ashes where safely placed in a pouch and secured in the back of the frame.
Ben and Sam's ashes are close to me but not obviously or uncomfortably on show. The frames I have designed are hand made in Britain. The frames are made from Obeche wood and have a hand crafted design in the front of the frame. The rear of the frame is lined and holds a hand made pouch to contain
the cremated ashes of your pet.
