Delivery Details
I will, to the best of my ability dispatch your Precious Friends Pet Memorial Frame out to you within 7 days. Special Requests and Made to Your Request orders may take longer if I need to order additional items to complete your Precious Friends Pet Memorial Frame. I will be in touch via Text or email or where required by letter to keep you informed.
Should I have a large volume of orders which will cause me additional delays I will be in touch with an expected time of dispatch and a request for approval for continuance of your order. Should you not wish to continue with you order I will return your payment via the same method in which you your payment was made. Please reply to me as soon as possible to avoid any further delays.
Your order will be shipped to you using Royal Mail Special Delivery.
This includes:
- Next day parcel delivery
(Please do not include weekends and public holidays as part of Royal Mails Special Delivery) - Tracking
- Signature required on delivery
- Saturday delivery is available for an additional charge

Should you require an alternative delivery address please let me know at the time your order is placed. Requesting at a later time may be possible but I cannot guarantee it.
Non Receipt of Delivery
Although I have chosen a well-known reliable and trusted method of sending your Precious Friends Pet Memorial Frame I cannot be held responsible for delays, loss or damage to your Precious Friends Pet Memorial Frame once it has been dispatched. If your order does not arrive to you in the specified time agreed you have 2 working days to notify me. If you do not notify me within 2 working days I cannot make a claim to my shipping provider and therefore cannot take responsibility for your lost product.
Shipping Damage
If you order arrives damaged from shipping, you have 2 days from your expected delivery date to notify me. If you do not notify me within 2 days I cannot make a claim to my shipping provider and therefore cannot take responsibility for your damaged order and cannot replace your order.
But please be assured should an unfortunate problem occur I will try to resolve your problem as soon as I possibly can. I truly do not want you have any additional sadness alongside dealing with the loss of your precious pet.
